Documents and Visas:
All foreigners, except for citizens of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina (entry is possible with personal ID), must possess a valid passport to enter Serbia. Citizens of some countries might need a visa. To check whether you require visas for Serbia, please visit the following link

Invitation letter:
If necessary, the organizer will send you an invitation letter in English. The organizer sends a letter of invitation only in order to help the participant to obtain a visa and for other purposes necessary for the realization of a trip to participate in the Winter Events & Spa Travel Market. This letter does not constitute in any sense of the commitment of the organizers to any financial assistance. Bearing in mind that the embassies and consulates of the time required to process your application for a visa, we advise you to ask for a letter of invitation as early as possible.

Serbia has a temperate continental climate. The average temperature in October is around 15 ˚C. October is characterized by mostly good weather, but they is a possibility of rainy days.

Currency and credit cards:
The official currency of Serbia is the Serbian dinar (RSD). Money can be exchanged at banks and many exchange offices across the city. Current exchange rate of the dinar against other currencies, you can check here:

Cards of major global companies (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express) are widely accepted in Serbia, but it is recommended you always carry a small amount of cash given that there are objects that do not accept cards.

Traffic regulations:
- Ride on the right side of the road.
- Headlights must be always on (0-24h).
- Seatbelts are compulsory for all passengers
- The use of mobile phones is not allowed except for using "hands-free" devices
